Talking Therapy​ (counselling)

We use a combination of different theoretical models to suit each persons needs, including person-centred and cognitive behavioural skills.

​

Counselling is not about giving advice but will be able to provide relevant information, if required, for you to make your own choices.

​

Sometimes it is what we feel we OUGHT to be that is holding us back from being who we WANT to be.

What happens if you want to try counselling?

​

  • You can contact us via the email above

  • We can agree to meet at a mutually convenient time to discuss your needs.

  • If you want to continue you will be provided with a contract that covers:

     - confidentiality - boundaries  - agreed fees

  • Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly.

  • Any person under the age of 16 years old must have written parental permission.

Costs

  • 1:1 intervention £65 per session
