Talking Therapy (counselling)
We use a combination of different theoretical models to suit each persons needs, including person-centred and cognitive behavioural skills.
Counselling is not about giving advice but will be able to provide relevant information, if required, for you to make your own choices.
Sometimes it is what we feel we OUGHT to be that is holding us back from being who we WANT to be.
